Bespoke Occasions specialises in collaborating with the best Bespoke Caterers and Private Chefs, cooking luxury food tailored for your private and corporate events. We provide the finest seasonal produce, alongside a highly efficient service. We are based in the South East area of London but are very happy to head further afield for our clients. At Bespoke Occasions we offer a free 30 mins consultation where we discuss menu options, offer advice and answer any of your questions about how we run events in your home.
We take allergens and dietary requirements very seriously, if you know of any guests who have an allergen, please let us know in advance so that we can advise you on what foods your guest will be able to eat around your chosen menu. We will also be able to alter our ingredients so that your guests with allergens don’t feel like they are missing out.
EVENT HOSTS
If you would like to go ahead with Bespoke Occasions we also book and arrange all the best people for your event; Including an event manager, and event hosts who will enable a stress free event. For every event we hire a team of highly skilled personnel, so you get the most efficient and luxurious experience. If you would just like our team for your event and have your own food we are also happy to provide our team to deliver your event.
EVENT LOGISTICS
HIRE EQUIPMENT AND DRINKS
We love organising events and we love using our clients own cutlery, plates, glasses but if you have more guests then plates sit back and let us hire your equipment for you. Whether you have a 3 course meal or a fun brunch, we will hire everything necessary, get it delivered straight to your door and collected after your event.
We are very much for our clients ordering in there own drinks, but no fear as we will arrive onsite to set up your in house bar, chill, organise, and serve all your chosen beverages. If you opt for our drop off food which comes ready to serve without any hosts we kindly ask that you drop our equipment back after your event. If you already know what food you would like and how many guests are attending, don't hesitate to get in contact and get your event rolling.
